He then strategically landed a Bank Examiner job for the state of Arkansas where he obtained his “Masters” in banking. This experience and Ron's work ethic led to other positions including Senior Credit Analyst, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender, leader of a growing commercial lending team, President of a community bank, and Financial Advisor/Consultant for a family-owned business.

Ron's abilities helped develop, maintain, and navigate a strategic business growth plan for a family business. The business grew from 3 employees to a flourishing 50+ employees today and the business is still growing!
